Shipping and Delivery

1. Our standard carrier for shipping is USPS priority express, we can ship items below $800 in value via UPS and Fedex.

2. Order Processing

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays, and on public holidays, will begin processing the following business day.Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays) are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days subject to payment authorization and verification. Once your package ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number. Deliveries may be subject to delays due to natural causes.

3. Shipping Method and Charges for domestic shipping

Free Standard Shipping - On all orders above $500 within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Will arrive in 2-6 business days
Express Will arrive in 1-2 business days
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
All orders valued up to $499 will be charged flat fee $15 per shipment for standard shipping.

4. International Orders and Shipping

We ship international, rates will be calculated upon destination. We will provide you with a quote prior to shipping. Some restrictions may apply from time to time to specific destinations. One Kind Art, Inc is not responsible for any VAT , taxes and custom duty and or surcharges imposed by the customer’s country. International shipments are subject to inspection by customs agents.

5. Change in Delivery Address

Should you wish to make changes to the order, you will contact info@onekindart.com by sending an email within 24 hours of placing your order and provide the changed delivery address. We can ship to multiple addresses.


6. Order Cancellation

The sale contract between One Kind Art, Inc ('Seller') to sell goods to you ('Purchaser') is made when we accept your order. All orders once placed are considered final. You can only cancel orders that have not been processed and not set to completed. Any requests for order cancellation must be received within 24 hours or placing the order.
Jewelry may be exchanged within fourteen days from the receipt of the jewelry. Jewelry must be returned with original invoice and in its original packaging without being used. The return must be coordinated with customer service info@onekindart.com. Customer will be solely responsible for its arrival in its original packaging and undamaged. The shipment must be insured for its value.One Kind Art, Inc bears no liability for any damage or loss of said item until its arrival.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to the following reasons:
The Purchaser has made unauthorized purchase
We are not able to authorize your payment
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have requested
We do not deliver in your area
Once or ore items that you ordered are priced incorrectly due to a typographical error .
If you have not received your item, please contact us at info@onekindart.com, with your order number in the subject, and we will be happy to assist you.

Jewelry warranty and repairs
We offer basic warranty which includes full repair of any production flaw for one year from the day of purchase. The warranty does not cover prolonged use, wear and tear, cracks, or loss. Any jewelry sold for proceed greater than $10,000.00 shall be eligible for 3 years warranty. Please contact customer service for your repair order and include copy of receipt, images of the jewelry with explanation of the flaws that needs repair. Time frame for repair can be from 30-60 days from the day One Kind Art receives the damaged jewelry.
